I was thinking of a way of adding more original content to my blog. In the recent year or so, I’ve done more meme and quizzes then a Facebook wannabe application. One of the thoughts that came to me was to do a “Things That Make Me …” thing where I can change the ending of that phrase. This is kinda based on what Amanda was doing with her “X things about me” posts. I’m currently debating if I should add commentary to this, kinda like explaining the “X things.” I may just post the things one day and commentary on them a few days later…to force me to update lol.

Things That Makes Me Happy: Part One
1. Warm brownie sundays with chocolate syrup and whip cream.
2. A warm shower on a cold day.
3. A cool shower on a hot day.
4. Watching a plane land from the terminal.
5. Having a magic performance go right and getting an awesome reaction.
6. Having a great conversation with a customer.
7. Watching trains go by on a bridge.
8. Riding the train/subway.
9. Reading blogs about friends so I can know them better.
10. Trobleshooting computer problems and getting the problem solved after hours of experimentation.
11. Redesigning my website for no reason whatsoever.
12. Creating keynote presentations that I will never present in front of an audience.
13. Knowing those presentations will rock if presented.
14. Finding apple products in nonapple advertisements.
15. Taking pictures of random things and posting my on my web gallery.
16. Finding a favorite movies while channel surfing.
17. Knowing I can pop in the DVD as soon as the commercials hits.
18. Cracker Barrel Saturdays!
19. Watching a Movie/TV show that I’ve been wanting to see for months.
20. Catching up with people while having coffee.
21. Coffee in general.
22. Having the subway/train arrive as I reach the platform of the station.
23. Predicting the score of a baseball game based on my “expertise.”
24. And being right.
25. Eatting freshly made New York Pizza.
26. Knowing that no matter where I am, two blocks away will be an awesome street meat vendor.
27. Reminding Don and Zach the crazy shit I pulled at Seneca. (Remember the ladder and the full speed ghost?!)
28. Talking about technology with people that actually understand the subject.
29. Foliage!
30. Finding a good hard boiled novel to read.
31. Having the time to actually read it.
32. Finishing a novel in general. (I say novel because I read way too many tech books)
33. Warm chocolate chip cookies.
34. Subway foot longs for $5!
35. 6 McNuggets for $1 deals.
36. Having a conversation with someone.
37. Playing MLB The Show on my PS3.
38. Playing RPGs or RTS games in general.
39. Listenin to The Junkies on WJFK or on the podcast.
40. Wiki-wiki-wikipedia!
41. Finishing a video game.
42. Discussing the potenial of a Metal Gear Movie and the possible cast.
43. Discussing the awesomeness of the first six chapters of Rendezvous In Black.
44. Reading the blog written by MDS.
45. Walking into a giant cube everyday for work.
